Annual Fund

What is Our Annual Fund?

The Annual Fund is Creative Arts’ largest fundraising initiative and plays a crucial role in supporting our unique programming. Our programs cost over $380,000 (about $800 per student) more than what we receive from city and state funding. This gap is bridged largely through family-led fundraising, making your contribution vital.

Our goal is to achieve as close to 100% participation as possible. Every family’s involvement, regardless of the donation size, is important and helps generate enthusiasm within our community.

How to Donate:

Online
You can choose a one-time donation or set up a monthly installment plan. If you’d like to make a larger donation but can’t do it all at once, select the amount you’d like to donate and click the “I would like this donation to automatically repeat each month” option in the “Donation Information” box above.

In Person
Drop your cash or check contribution in the office (mail works too!) or find an Annual Fund crew member at any school event.

Friends and Family
Share this page with family and friends who would like to support our school: creativeartscharter.org/donate-annual-fund.

You can also download and share the form: FriendsFamilyGivingCACS.

Make a Pledge
Plan to donate during the second semester? Let us know your pledge, and we’ll count it as participation. Pledge a one-time payment or installments to start after the New Year or at tax time. Email us at sshay(at)creativeartscharter.org with your details.

Employer Matching Gifts
A matching gift is an important employee benefit that supports personal philanthropy and fundraising efforts by matching individual contributions to eligible nonprofits, including public schools. Check if your employer offers donation matching or contributions in relation to your volunteer hours!
