I grew up with my classmates at CACS—changed with them, matured with them. In the classroom, I had no inhibition about speaking my mind or asking for help, as I felt so comfortable with my peers and my teachers. I felt that I could always get help when I asked for it and nothing was holding me back from reaching out to my classmates or teachers. Now that I am in college, I reflect on my experience as a part of the CACS family and truly appreciate it. I was exposed to all different types of learning as well as different types of art. I felt that I had an intimate, well-rounded education.

I learned more than just what was in my textbooks, I learned about being creative, giving back to my community, respecting others, asserting myself, and much more.

“Creative Arts set me on a bright path to my future, in school and out!”
